Leadership team is fully aligned with the vision, confident in roles, and equipped to deliver with clarity and consistency. Leadership structures drive capacity and long-term impact.

Culture & Ethos

Guiding Question: Would parents, staff, and students all describe your ethos in the same way?

Reactive

Values are stated (e.g. website/vision statements) but not consistently lived in daily practice.

Evolving

Ethos is visible in parts of the school but not fully embedded. Mixed experiences for staff, parents, and students.

Strategic & Sustainable

Ethos is authentic, consistent, and lived at every level. Culture builds trust, pride, and reputation, making the school a first choice for families and staff.

Why this matters: Culture → Builds loyalty, reputation & identity.

Systems & Data

Guiding Question: Does your data directly inform classroom practice and strategic decisions?

Reactive

Processes are ad hoc or duplicative. Data is collected but not used effectively to drive decisions.

Evolving

Systems work but consume time. Data is analysed in some areas but insights are inconsistent.

Strategic & Sustainable

Systems are streamlined and purposeful. Data provides clarity, empowers decisions, and drives continuous improvement across the organisation.

Why this matters: Systems → Frees staff to focus on learning.

Change Management

Guiding Question: Do staff feel supported and engaged when new initiatives are introduced?

Reactive

Change feels disruptive and reactive. Initiatives are launched but not sustained.

Evolving

Change projects are planned but momentum is hard to maintain. Results vary.

Strategic & Sustainable

Change is strategic, stakeholder-driven, and embedded. School adapts with stability, clarity, and measurable impact.
