Michael Everett

I work with school leaders to create clarity when complexity increases. No handovers. No generic playbooks. Just clear thinking and focused conversations. I’ve led and supported international schools through periods of rapid growth, leadership transition, and structural change.

 

Every project I take on is delivered personally. I’ve spent years leading international schools and working alongside leadership teams during periods of change. When things feel noisy or uncertain, clarity and calm matter most.

 

This work isn’t about advice. It’s about creating space to think clearly and make better decisions.
