So… what do you actually do?

Fair question. I don’t deliver a two-day workshop, drop a few buzzwords, and disappear.


I embed inside international schools (remotely), alongside leadership teams, to bring clarity, alignment, and forward momentum.


It’s practical, not theoretical. I turn ‘strategic plans’ into strategic practice. Less paperwork, more progress.

Are you a leadership coach or consultant?

Neither, really. I’m not there to coach leaders into self-reflection or sell a generic framework.

I’m there to help schools move, from reactive to strategic, from noise to clarity.

Think of me as the person who helps connect your curriculum, systems, and culture so your plans stop stalling in meetings and start showing up in classrooms.

So this isn’t accreditation prep or another improvement checklist?

Definitely not. The tools I use, like the Clarity Index, Wellbeing Index, and Inclusion Index, aren’t tick-lists. They’re mirrors.

They show where alignment is missing, where systems pull against each other, and where focus will make the biggest difference.

Every school is different. My work is bespoke, sustainable, and embedded in the nuance of each context. Real conversations. Real actions. Real growth.
