Most school leaders I work with are already highly capable. You do not need fixing, and you certainly do not need another traditional consultant dropping off a generic plan and walking away.

I founded Simpang because the true friction in schools isn't a lack of good ideas, it’s the relentless daily firefighting that stops those ideas from becoming reality.

Think of me not as an advisor, but as an external extension of your own team. I embed directly alongside your staff to figure out exactly what is holding your school back. Then, rather than just giving advice, I actually physically build the bespoke systems and solutions you need right inside your existing setup. Whether we are streamlining your data infrastructure or engineering a better inclusion strategy, we work through focused execution cycles to make sure these changes stick.

Most importantly, everything we build together is completely owned by your school, not Simpang. My ultimate goal is to leave your team with the strong, scalable tools they need to keep improving classrooms long after our partnership ends.
