It's come a long way...

I just wanted to make something school leaders would find really useful.

When I started putting the Simpang S Series together, I had no idea how popular it would become…

It started with a really simple question. What do school leaders need now and what will they continue to need access to throughout the year?

When I first put pen to paper (well, iPad), the shape of the system evolved into 3 distinct categories:

→ Strategic Tools (for leaders who want clarity quickly)

→ Deep Learning (for leaders who want to think deeply and explore ideas properly)

→ Leadership Rhythm (or leaders who want ongoing perspective, routine, and momentum)

Over time, the following resources started to come to life:

→ A full set of Index Tools (diagnostic frameworks)

→ An 8 week Playbook (structured pathway)

→ Strategic slides (quick reference)

→ Micro insights (small ideas, big thinking)

→ Video workshops (extended content)

→ A Podcast (one powerful idea at a time)

→ Articles (long-form though pieces)

→ Conversation spaces (to develop new connections)

→ Regular note (newsletter for school leaders)

→ Short videos (snippets - one thought at a time)

→ Leadership Rooms (meeting spaces)

→ 1:1 strategy meetings (to go deeper)

The interest and feedback has been incredible and it’s certainly come a long way from those initial notes.

➕Ready to find out what it means to become a Simpang Partner School in 2026? Just let me know. Limited capacity, but I am open to conversations where I can really add value.

Not ready for a full partnership? That’s ok, all the resources mentioned here are available and nothing is behind a pay wall: https://www.simpang.org/resources

Membership is free at the moment. If you want access while the gates are open, don’t delay.

If this thinking resonates, the most natural next step is a conversation.

Simpang Start is a short, open discussion to explore whether a Simpang partnership could add real value to your school.

No pitch.
No pressure.
Just clarity.
